2.Quotation
Please inform us about your desired product and any specific requirements. We will thoroughly discuss the purpose, installation location, and region. For saunas, we will provide a quotation including the base price, transportation costs, and installation fees.
3.Contract
For your application of contract or purchase, you will need to sign the “Quotation and Contract Document,” which will be provided as a PDF. At the time of contract we will confirm the payment method and require an initial payment of 50% of the total amount as a commencement fee. Upon confirmation of the transfer, your order will be finalized.
4.Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we will initiate the shipping process. The estimated delivery time is typically two months. Please note that our products are shipped from Canada to your designated location. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging your product securely to ensure its safe journey to your destination. Our dedicated team will handle all aspects of the delivery process, making sure your order reaches you in excellent condition.
5. Installation
After successful delivery of your order, our team will provide great installation services. We aim to make the installation process as smooth as possible for you. This ensures that your sauna or sauna heater is correctly and safely installed, allowing you to enjoy your new addition without any hassle.
